At Multi Phase Electric LLC, our mission is to deliver high-quality electrical services with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. As a locally owned company, we take the time to understand each customer's needs and ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. Whether it's a service call, a residential remodel, a commercial project, or a complex electrical installation, we are committed to providing dependable solutions backed by honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Bonded, insured, and licensed for residential and commercial work. Permits get pulled and inspections get scheduled — the paperwork is our problem, not yours.
You see a written estimate before anyone starts work. No hourly surprises, and no change orders you didn't approve first.
Electrical solutions for homes, businesses, remodels, upgrades, and new projects.

We walk the space, answer your questions, and go through the options, the pricing, and what happens next. If it's an emergency, you get an answer the same day.
Load calculations and service design are done by our own team, not subcontracted out. You see the full scope and a written price, and nothing starts until you've approved it.
Licensed crews build the job to the approved scope. We pull the permits ourselves and clean up at the end of every day.
We walk the finished work with you, label what sits on which breaker, and go through the warranty — so everything meets our standards, and yours, before we call it done.

Panel and service upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, and lighting control — in occupied houses, cleaned up at the end of every day.

Tenant improvements, service upgrades, and lighting retrofits for shops, restaurants, and offices. Scheduled around your hours, inspected before we hand it back.

The things people ask before they book. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Knob and tube wiring was installed between the 1880s and the 1940s — the first generation of home electrification. The system lacks proper grounding, and its insulation is brittle and prone to cracking and breaking down, which causes hazards and electrical issues. We recommend replacing it.
Yes. For most homes that still have it, that is 120-plus years of use. The insulation becomes brittle and breaks down, causing electrical fires and hazardous conditions in your home. Multi Phase Electric has 20-plus years in the remodeling industry and hundreds of homes improved. We can replace your old wiring in under a week in most cases, depending on the size of your house.
A panel replacement usually takes 8 to 10 hours, and you should expect to be without power for that duration. We tell you the window before we start so you can plan around the fridge and anyone working from home.
Yes. Multi Phase Electric LLC can supply any ChargePoint charger for your EV. If you already have a charger you'd like to use, we can install that for you as well.
Either way, we can help you make the right decision for your home and your area. Physical space requirements, fuel availability — natural gas versus propane — and cost all drive the decision. We'll do a free assessment of your home or business and provide an estimate.
Yes. Most homes run a single wifi router that can't cover every area. We can supply and install a mesh system, or work with your existing one, to create a wired backhaul — running ethernet through select areas of the house. A wired-backhaul mesh handles gaming, streaming, and casual browsing all at once, as long as your service provider can support it.
