What we do
Whether you are installing your first home charging station or planning charging infrastructure for a commercial facility, the electrical system has to be designed to support it. We evaluate the available capacity, run load calculations where they are needed, and install to manufacturer requirements and current code. As a Certified SPAN Smart Panel Installer, we can often use smart load management instead of a larger service upgrade.

We check the capacity you already have first. Smart load management frequently supports reliable charging on the existing service, which is the cheaper way to get there.
Full every morning
A dedicated 240V circuit adds 20–30 miles of range an hour, so a normal night on the charger covers a normal day of driving with room left over.
Room for the next one
Parking structures, multi-family, and fleet yards are planned as infrastructure, so the second and tenth charger don't mean starting the electrical over.

Design & planning
Load calculations and service design are done by our own team, not subcontracted out. You see the full scope and a written price, and nothing starts until you've approved it.
Installation
Licensed crews build the job to the approved scope. We pull the permits ourselves and clean up at the end of every day.
Project completion
We walk the finished work with you, label what sits on which breaker, and go through the warranty — so everything meets our standards, and yours, before we call it done.

Can you provide a Level 2 EV charger?
Yes. Multi Phase Electric LLC can supply the charger, and if you already have one you'd like to use, we can install that for you as well. Either way it goes in to the manufacturer's requirements and current electrical code.
Do I need to upgrade my panel before installing an EV charger?
Not always. Most homes with a 200A panel have room for a 40–50A charger circuit. We evaluate your available capacity as part of every EV charger quote, and where capacity is tight, smart load management through a SPAN panel can often support charging on the service you already have instead of forcing an upgrade.
How long does the install take?
A straightforward garage install typically takes 2–4 hours. Longer runs through attics, crawl spaces, or conduit through finished walls take longer. We'll give you a time range when we quote it.
Do you install Tesla Wall Connectors and other brands?
Yes — Tesla Wall Connector, or any other NEMA-compliant unit. If you already bought a charger, we install it; if you have not, we can supply one.
Do I need a permit to install an EV charger in Oregon?
Yes. An EV charger is a new dedicated circuit, and Oregon requires a permit for it. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the install.
How much faster is a Level 2 charger than a normal outlet?
A Level 2 charger on a 40–50A circuit adds roughly 20–30 miles of range per hour, so an overnight charge covers almost any commute. A standard 120V outlet adds only a few miles per hour, which is why most drivers outgrow it.
Can you install charging for a business or a fleet?
Yes. We install in parking structures, multi-family buildings, and commercial fleet yards, including load management so several chargers can share one service without forcing an upgrade.
