What we do
Thoughtful lighting improves the comfort, efficiency, and appearance of a space. We work out the design and controls with owners, builders, architects, and interior designers, and as a Certified Lutron RadioRA 3 Installer install anything from single-room control to whole-building automation. As an Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally, we apply for the rebates on your behalf, so the incentive is priced in up front.

What you get
Rebates filed for you
As an Energy Trust of Oregon trade ally we file the incentive paperwork ourselves, so the money is in the number you approve rather than a maybe afterwards.
40–60% less energy
Fluorescent and HID out, long-life LED in. On a typical commercial project the lighting bill drops by roughly half and stays there.
Open while we work
After-hours and phased installs keep the space operating, so the upgrade doesn't cost you the days it takes to do it.
How a job runs, from the first call to final inspection

Consultation
We walk the space, answer your questions, and go through the options, the pricing, and what happens next. If it's an emergency, you get an answer the same day.
Design & planning
Load calculations and service design are done by our own team, not subcontracted out. You see the full scope and a written price, and nothing starts until you've approved it.
Installation
Licensed crews build the job to the approved scope. We pull the permits ourselves and clean up at the end of every day.
Project completion
We walk the finished work with you, label what sits on which breaker, and go through the warranty — so everything meets our standards, and yours, before we call it done.

questions, answered
The things people ask before they book. If yours isn't here, get in touch — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
What rebates are available for commercial lighting upgrades?
Energy Trust of Oregon offers cash incentives for commercial lighting upgrades — the amount depends on fixture count, wattage savings, and control improvements. As a certified trade ally, we calculate what your project qualifies for and apply on your behalf before the project starts.
How long does a commercial lighting upgrade take?
A typical single-floor office or retail space takes 1–3 days. Larger facilities or those requiring extensive controls work take longer. We'll build a phased schedule that keeps your space operational.
Can you upgrade lighting in an occupied building?
Yes. We schedule work in sections, after hours, or on weekends to minimize disruption. Occupied-building upgrades are a normal part of our commercial work.
How much will an LED upgrade actually cut?
On a typical commercial project, replacing fluorescent or HID fixtures with long-life LED cuts lighting energy 40–60%. Adding controls on top of that takes it further, because the biggest savings come from lights that are off.
What is Lutron RadioRA 3, and do I need lighting controls?
RadioRA 3 is Lutron's control platform — scenes, dimming, keypads, automated shades, scheduling, and app control across any number of zones. We are a Certified Lutron RadioRA 3 Installer. Controls are not mandatory, but they are usually where the payback and the rebate money are.
Do you handle the lighting design, or do I need a separate designer?
We do it in-house — layout development, fixture selection, controls design, and the permit all sit on one contract and one schedule. We also work alongside your architect or interior designer when you already have one on the project.
Do you pull the permit for commercial lighting work?
Yes. Electrical, controls, and permit are all part of the same contract, and we schedule the inspection. You do not end up holding a separate permit or coordinating a second contractor.
