Houses, condos, and ADUs across the Portland metro — service and panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV chargers, standby generators, and lighting design. Every one of these was done in an occupied home, permitted, inspected, and swept up at the end of each day.

  • A white kitchen with two dome pendants over a navy island, undercabinet lighting along a subway-tiled backsplash
  • A meter base and service disconnect mounted on the teal stucco wall of a house, conduit running up to the roofline
  • A primary bathroom lit by a skylight, pendant lights over a double vanity and a lit shower niche
  • A Generac standby generator on a concrete pad beside a white board-and-batten house
  • A hallway with linear wall sconces and a continuous LED cove along the floor, leading to a lit stair
  • Two Generac transfer switches and a load centre in an opened wall, feeders run across the studs
  • A garage wall with an inverter, disconnect, load centre and a portable battery unit below them
  • A double vanity with round mirrors, slim glass pendants either side and a skylight above
  • A white standby generator on a pad beside an older shingled house, transfer switch on the wall behind it
  • A Generac service disconnect under the meter on a shingled wall, conduit dropping to the crawlspace
  • A temporary power pedestal on a cleared building site, meter and two disconnects on a timber frame
  • Service equipment across an exterior wall — meter, disconnects, load centre and a Kohler transfer switch joined by conduit
  • A lit recessed niche in a white tiled shower, beside a wall-mounted mixer and handset
  • A meter and two transfer switches on a lap-sided wall, with a standby generator on the drive beside them
