Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://multiphaseelectric.com, operated by Multi Phase Electric LLC. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website. They are not a construction contract. Any work we perform is governed by the written proposal, scope of work, and signed agreement for that specific project, and where those documents differ from anything on this website, those documents control.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt the website.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content, photographs, or contact information for commercial use.
- Interfere with anyone else's use of the website.
Estimates, consultations, and project information
Submitting a form or requesting an estimate does not create a construction contract, guarantee our availability, guarantee pricing, or obligate Multi Phase Electric LLC to perform any work.
Any figure we give before we have seen the property is preliminary. Electrical pricing depends on what is actually in the walls, on the panel, and at the service — existing conditions, panel and service capacity, code requirements, permit and inspection requirements, utility coordination, materials, and access all change the number. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing in a proposal signed by both of us, and remain subject to change if conditions discovered on site differ from what was described.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about the property, including photographs, measurements, panel details, and any prior work. Inaccurate information changes the price and the schedule.
Appointments and communications
Please give us accurate contact information and let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email.
Text messaging terms
We send two kinds of text messages: transactional messages about an active job — appointment confirmations, arrival windows, and follow-ups — and, if you have asked for them, occasional marketing messages.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information in those messages.
Website content
The content on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions, and we may change it at any time. Descriptions of past projects, timelines, and results are examples — every building and every project is different, and yours may not match them.
No professional advice through the website
Nothing on this website is electrical, engineering, or code advice for your specific property, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for a project-specific inspection, consultation, engineering or design review, permit review, written scope, or signed agreement. Electrical work is dangerous. Do not use anything on this website as instructions for doing your own work.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Multi Phase Electric LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content or photographs commercially without our written permission.
Your submissions
When you send us project information or photographs, you confirm that you are entitled to share them, and you give us permission to use them to evaluate, price, and perform the work, and to keep them in our business records. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Licensing, permits, and inspections
We are a licensed electrical contractor and we pull permits and schedule inspections where the work requires them. Permit fees, inspection timing, and utility scheduling are set by the authorities and the utility, not by us, and we cannot guarantee how long either will take.
Warranty
Warranty terms for a project — what is covered, for how long, and what is excluded — are stated in that project's written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install belong to the manufacturer and are subject to its own terms. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or adds to a written warranty.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section applies to the website, and does not limit any warranty we give you in writing for work we perform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multi Phase Electric LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us directly for use of the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Multi Phase Electric LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors against any claims, damages, and costs — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or inaccurate information you submit through it.
Offers, promotions, and financing
Any offer, promotion, discount, or financing option shown on this website is subject to its own terms and to availability, and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice except where the law requires otherwise. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders and subject to their approval and terms.
Third-party links
This website links to services we do not control, including map listings, review platforms, and social profiles. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
