We only ask for what we need to price and perform electrical work. Depending on how you reach us, that may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property where the work would happen.
• Project information — what you told us about the job: the service you need, your panel or service size, photos of your panel, meter, or work area, and anything else you type into the estimate form.
• Communication records — the content of calls, text messages, emails, and form submissions, along with the date and time, so we have a record of what was discussed and agreed.
• Website and advertising data — your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you viewed, and how you found us.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers. Please do not send them to us.

How we collect information

• Directly from you — through our estimate form and contact form, and when you call, text, or email us.
• Automatically — through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising tags, and call- or form-tracking technology on our website.
• From third parties — review platforms, advertising and mapping services, referral sources, and general contractors or property managers who bring us onto a job.

We use the information above for ordinary business purposes:

Text messaging and phone communications

When you give us your phone number, you authorize Multi Phase Electric LLC and its representatives to contact you at that number about your project — by phone call, text message, or voicemail — including with automated or prerecorded messages where permitted by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about an active job, such as an appointment confirmation.

Photos of your property

We photograph our work for records, warranty, and permitting purposes. We may also use photographs of completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in advertising. Those photographs show equipment and workmanship — not street addresses, and not your name or other personal details. If you would rather we not use photographs of your project at all, tell us and we will not.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.

To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We may need to verify who you are before we act on it, and we may keep information we are required to keep for tax, licensing, warranty, or legal reasons.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the work you asked for, and after that for as long as our tax, licensing, warranty, insurance, and legal obligations require. Records of completed electrical work are generally kept long term, because they matter to the safety of the building.

Third-party websites and services

Our website links to services we do not control — map listings, review platforms, and social profiles among them. This Privacy Policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices. Read their privacy policies before giving them information.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
